Fruits and vegetables are usually sprayed with pesticides. Additionally, some fruits such as apples may have a wax coating on the surface to increase their shelf-lives. How to use:
Pour 20 ml (4 tsp) of the solution in a container full of water and mix well
Soak whole fruit and vegetables in the prepared solution
5 mins soak time for leafy vegetables
15-20 mins for regular fruits and veggies
Rinse the surface of fruits and veggies well with fingers, cloth or a scrub pad as suitable. The scrub pad works well to remove synthetic wax from apple skin
Wash with clean water
Do not soak cut vegetables or fruits
