For beginner or sensitive skin less is great to start with.                                                                                                       BATH WATER : Blend 8 to 10 drops in 10ml carrier oil and add to a bucket of bath water for an aromatic bath.                     AROMA DIFFUSER : Add 4 to 5 drops in water in a diffuser to create a pleasing scent.
